Is "reputation". It's kind of like karma only you can see who is doing it. SO, there is no more anonymous negatives.

To view your reputation, click profile. In the profile information drop down it will give you the option to see your reputation. Both what you get and what you give.

It's a little pat on the back or a "no no no" if you need it!
